This popular program has been running consistently every Saturday morning for 10 years. A 90 minute mixed abilities practice at a very moderate pace.

Hatha Yoga, is concerned with the physical practices of yoga. By combining breathing exercises and physical postures, students may also increase awareness of their internal states. Hatha yoga exercises are designed to increase strength and flexibility and help student view their bodies as a powerful resource.
