All round accessible yoga practice that covers the basics. Beginners are welcome! Single class commitment to support busy humans wanting to add some yoga to their lives!

This is the class for you if you are brand new and want to dip your toe in and see if yoga feels right or you are not ready to commit to a longer series just yet. If you are looking for a quick revision class to gain confidence in your abilities after time away from your mat. Foundational yoga postures at a comfortable pace. An ideal class for yoga newbies to start at.

Mindful Hatha Yoga

Start the weekend right: 90 minutes of Hatha Yoga Joy, Every Saturday Morning at 9.00am

This popular program has been running consistently every Saturday morning for 10 years. A 90 minute mixed abilities practice at a very moderate pace.

Hatha Yoga, is concerned with the physical practices of yoga. By combining breathing exercises and physical postures, students may also increase awareness of their internal states. Hatha yoga exercises are designed to increase strength and flexibility and help student view their bodies as a powerful resource.

Mat spaces for this class are on a first come first served basis, no need to pre-book however if you would like to secure your spot or pay in advance please use the link below.

Restore & Recover

SUNDAY COMING DOWN: 75 minutes of deep restorative peace & calm, every other sunday@ 4.00pm

Lower your blood pressure, practice abdominal breathing and switch on the genes that promote health!

The Restore & Recover program is ongoing and held every second Sunday of the month. This quiet restorative session combines mindfulness and a blend of deep restorative yoga practices.

Participants may benefit from bringing an eye pillow or scarf to cover their eyes if they wish. This is a meditative practice and open to all levels of practitioners. The minimum age for participation is 16 and over. There is no limit on the maximum age.

We request you observe the quiet to respect other students throughout the class. Please enter the studio space quietly, remove shoes at the entrance, and switch off cell phones.

There are no drop-ins for these sessions. All spaces are preregistered in advance. Class passes may be used for this class. Spots are limited to give participants individual attention, support and space. The session is 90 minutes in duration.

Vital Evening Yoga

Nourishing & flowing sequence of postures: evening hatha yoga to unwind and decompress your day. (This program is active in FalL & Spring only) Starts October 1st, Tuesday Evening @7pm. 4 weeks recurring.

 
 

Yoga can be the perfect remedy after a long stressful day! In this 4 week evening program we work on abdominal breathing, increasing flexibility and tone of muscles, strengthening and improving balance.
