This is the class for you if you are brand new and want to dip your toe in and see if yoga feels right or you are not ready to commit to a longer series just yet. If you are looking for a quick revision class to gain confidence in your abilities after time away from your mat. Foundational yoga postures at a comfortable pace. An ideal class for yoga newbies to start at.
