 All classes are on a drop-in basis. As the current studio space is limited to a small group of approximately 12 students, we recommend you try to arrive 5-10 before the start of class to ensure you get a spot. We have a few loaner mats available if you do not have your own mat or forget to bring yours!


Class descriptions

basics (Level 1)

Perfect for those newer to Yoga, ongoing beginners and those who have taken some time away from the practice. You will leave class feeling exhilarated, grounded & connected

open (Level 1 -2)

Dynamic mixed level aligned-flow class. Modifications offered in all postures. Invigorate your entire body and quiet the mind in this fun, powerful full spectrum practice.


Good for every body. Supportive & rejuvenating. Leave feeling centered and calm from this mindful, gently flowing, therapeutic practice.
