We take it nice and slow in this mindful, hatha yoga class. Rejuvenating breathing practices are combined with supportive, restorative postures.
VITAL Hatha: Level 1-2
Dynamic mixed level hatha yoga class that explores variations of a wide spectrum of postures and variations, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation. Leave feeling exhilarated, grounded & connected.
Chair Yoga: level 1
If you cannot get on the floor for whatever reason you can still benefit from a yoga practice with adaptive chair yoga. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
YOGA FOUNDATIONS COURSE: Hatha for BEGINNERS
Introductory series for raw beginners. This course is a great way to put a toe in the water and begin your hatha yoga journey! You will gain a solid foundation in the fundamentals of yoga and confidence to join public classes. We will explore yoga bio-mechanics, alignment, yoga breathing and mindfulness. Flexibility is not a requirement! * Please note, this is a pre-registered course. Spaces are limited to first come.
