A four or six week introductory series for raw beginners. Learn hatha yoga with a systematic approach from the very beginning focusing on the foundations of a yoga practice. Flexibility is not a requirement!

AWAKEN : Level 1

 We take it slow in this mindful, gentle hatha yoga class. Supportive and inspiring with an emphasis on safe alignment and the breath. 

basics :  Level 1-2

Mixed level hatha class that explores variations of a wide spectrum of postures and variations.  You will leave feeling exhilarated, grounded & connected.
