Perfect for those wanting to dip a toe in to yoga and see if it is right for them!
Drop in to this FREE 45 minute introductory level yoga class to see if it is right for you. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts. There will be time after class for questions. Yoga mats provided or you are welcome to bring your own. We don't wear shoes for yoga instead we go barefoot. Wear something that you can comfortably move in. Flexibility is not required.
